It took over 3 1/2 hours for an oil change. Service dept blamed Toyota for parts delay , but the appointment was made well in advance and the filter should have been there . When I bought the car and had new tires mounted they put 39 psi of pressure in the tires , what's worse the lug nuts were tightened so tight couldn't get them off even with a long cheater bar . Had to take it to Toyota and they said they were well over 100 ft . Lbs . Which is well over spec . This makes me believe City Kia employees don't give a DAM . RODGER PELTON More
