I feel cheated by the negotiation process. The value of the car was increased without my realizing it in time. I was misled by an act between salespeople and the finance department. Do not deal with City Kia or James Meichtry. Even after buying a car from them, the lack of communication, lack of courtesy, lack of respect and outright theft of my deposit is inexcusable. We did not buy a 2nd car with them, as we found a much better price at Chadstone Kia - we never signed a contract with City Kia - but still they kept half our deposit and had no communications. Josh was a five star salesman. He was so accommodating. I called the morning of our appointment and asked if I could come in early and try out the two models I was interested in. I think I visited this dealership sometime in December 2019 with a friend, to start They will show you a worksheet with FALSE number's, that they are I think I visited this dealership sometime in December 2019 with a friend, to start They will show you a worksheet with FALSE number's, that they are giving you so many discounts, reductions or rebates but when asked about some of those numbers the sales person and sales manager can't explain them. Do your research and be aware of any number changes from speaking with sales and then getting in finance office. Then we move on to a lot of tactics to keep you there and keep saying they are looking at getting better number's, Just leave. Honestly I recommend buying out of state if you can but highly don't recommend ORLANDO. I have been to every Kia Dealer within 100 miles of Orlando, Integrity and Honor just is not there as it should be in dealing with people. We as consumer's have to help keep each other protected as these dealerships are not trying to do business in an ethical matter. More

When I said to him give me better price he said I can give you $1 off... lol, such a horrible first expression, I start leaving and said I'll think about it, he stoped me and said that he can give me better price something $1700 I think, don't know exactly because he also confusing with prices!!!!! When I said to him can I get an estimate that he print it, he acted really weird and refused to give it me. That was really sketchy... I think it is normal to take a printed estimate price for car!!!! I already was pissed how he talks and how he act on my requests, so I just wanted to live as soon as possible. I told him I need an estimate to check others offers from other car companies, he said to me how about you will go to shop around and than come back to me and I'll give you $500 off of them price, that was a good move, but I already was pissed at him how he acted with me, so even I could get $500 off I'll take my business to somwhere else, where customer feels valued and welcomed!!!! Pros: 1) two stars because of another salesperson who was really helpful and nice, his name was Myles Anthony Wong. He took his time to show me all the cars that I wanted to see. He was very helpful. Even he walk me back to my car after I talked to that nasty man!!!! That was really nice of you!!! So sad that he is not in charge of financial part, I'm 100% he could give me the good price, not as another guy. I will not recommending this place!!!! They try to sell 2019 year car for same price as 2020 year car!!!!! More
