This dealership was so shady when I dealt with them! I had been looking for a Genesis GV 80 and with the shortage of them I found a 2021 on the lot here at City Kia. I called and spoke with their Inter I had been looking for a Genesis GV 80 and with the shortage of them I found a 2021 on the lot here at City Kia. I called and spoke with their Internet sales specialist and a sales manager and said that I lived an hour away and that I was on my way in to buy the vehicle they said OK we will put the keys aside and will see you in an hour. When I arrived a salesman was writing up a deal for that very same car to someone else. When I questioned why they were doing that and said that I spoke with a sales person and they said that the manager was aware and was putting the keys aside why would you be writing up a deal to somebody else? They said well, because that person walked in and they were here and you were not. As it turns out they could not get financing so I did end up getting the vehicle but it was a very stressful situation and I had to pay more than the asking price. They then sold me what they said would be a “ceramic coating”and crystalFusion on the glass. They gave me the big sales pitch about what this would do so I brought my car back in and had the supposed ceramic coating applied. they had my vehicle for about four hours. I get my car back and the first time I go to wash it the water isn’t sheeting off the car the way vehicle with ceramic coating would. They merely detailed the car and put a wax on it. What they used for a ceramic coating was poly steel which is nothing more than a silicone treatment that you can get on eBay for about $30. that will not last more than a couple of months! I’ve seen cars that have had a true ceramic coating put on them and you barely have to dry your car when you wash it. that is not the case with what I paid for. The crystalFusion glass treatment does not do anything more than what rain X on the windshield of my previous car would do! They up sold me on a product that they did not deliver and I feel quite cheated by this dealership. The shady practices that go on at this dealership is just deplorable . I would not recommend this dealership. if I could’ve given it less than one star I would have. Find another dealership More
