Didnt Purchase but Great Service I went to this dealership looking for a used Kia Optima in Black. I test drove a vehicle with Jorge and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the car. I was not sold on buying a car that day because I wanted to do more research and because it was not the car I wanted. Although all carsalesman are pushy and try to get you to make a sale that day, Jorge and the manager respected my decision and I appreciated that. Their customer service was amazing but I cannot confirm how the service will be during the purchase process. I do know that the test drive process was fairly smooth and easy. More

Sunday experience I just wanted to share what a great experience I had taking my car in for an oil change on Sunday. I was a little nervous running a few minutes late a I just wanted to share what a great experience I had taking my car in for an oil change on Sunday. I was a little nervous running a few minutes late and and the gentleman outside who told me to not worry and just to leave my car keys in the car and to go inside and relax. Then as I walked in, Ismael greeted me and engaged in conversation with me In such a nice way making me feel at ease when I was rushing trying to not inconvenience anyone. Then as I waited I got a nice little massage in one of the chairs inside waiting room. Finally, when (I believe his name was Douglas) walks in, and tells me my car is ready he was so friendly as well and with a big smile made some suggestions and wished me a good day. Good service is a rare thing these days, I was also the last appointment on a Sunday (I could’ve been rushed) and I was exceptionally treated to the point my daughter didn’t want to leave!! Thank you, because delivering such great service an attention turned a tough day around for me and I left there feeling empowered by the kindness of these men!! More

I was amazed that they told me they could make a deal on the car I wanted with the payment I wanted. Well, after calling so many times I lost count and never receiving even the courtesy of a return phone with any updates on the status of our deal, I gave up and went to another KIA dealer. The sales rep was nice enough face - to - face, but other than that, it was a terrible and disappointing experience. Would definitely not recommend going here unless you want a bunch of lies and disappointments.. More

Everything looked clean and the place is lazy, everyone looked happy in their work, it looked like they like what they do and the service for me is extremely excellent. My car was brought (driven) in for service they showed me a belt that I cannot say if it is or is not mine. As a believing consumer I took them at there word, but that is where it all went wrong. They kept my car 3 days past the time it was to be returned and never provided me with a loaner vehicle. The manager who was to fix the problem (Joe) left for the day with out calling, I had to call back 6hrs later to hear from another manager named Oscar that the car is ready. They told me that the recalls has been fix yet the engine is still knocking, very much in fearing to drive the car. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP OR SERVICE DEPT More

Awesome! Couldn't be happier with the City Kia! I leased my wife a white 2018 Kia Forte in March and bought out the lease in September. I had the pleasure of working with Jason Mink and his team. Wh I leased my wife a white 2018 Kia Forte in March and bought out the lease in September. I had the pleasure of working with Jason Mink and his team. When I bought out the Forte, I sold my 2014 Silverado to them which lead to making a great deal on both ends. Two weeks after buying the car, me and my wife are moving to Arizona. Jason and his team coordinated the shipping of the vehicle for us at a very very fair cost. The car came last night and we couldn't be happier. Overall, if I were to buy another Kia, even living in Arizona, I would purchase it from City Kia because they are a great dealership and they care about their clients, that's the most important part to me.
