I had an accident with a Sportage after just 6 weeks and it was totaled. My Progressive insurance company paid for the loss within 18 days. The Gap insurance took paid after a month. So,the only thing that stopped me from getting a new car was $2445 that I paid City Kia for the warranty (that you think you're getting for free. AFTER 3 MONTHS! THE CITY KIA DEALERSHIP' GAVE THE BANK the $2445. Why? Because I went there myself after 3 months demanding a check. Preston, one of the mangers who stopped taking my calls, emails and texts is deceitful and full of garbage. The day I went to City Kia he still said it would take another 3 weeks for a lousy $2445..I am a young widow with a teenage son so i paid over $2000 in car rentals because I couldn't get to and from my job and my son had no way to get to and from school. I decided to go to the dealership to get the check myself. And not only that, but the dealership financed me for 1 Sportage and sold it from right beneath me so they gave me a different car. They already had the old car on my insurance. When they changed the car they didn't let Progressive know so my insurance card had the wrong vin number on it which made for 100 different serious reasons. Technically I wasn't insured when I gad the accident. It took weeks to reverse everything and get the correct vin number on my insurance. Again, after 3 months I made a big deal at the dealership and to shut me up I was showed a brand newly typed check and a FedEx label informing me it would get to the bank. So I was liedcto for 3 months. I would never, ever recommend this dealership to anyone!!! They are chaotic and miserable all thectime. Then I went to the new Kia dealership in Clermont and as I pulled up in my rental car, the manager, a sales person and a few others greeted me at the front door knowing I was arriving bc I made an appointment. Within 3 days they found me a great car that I love! My payment dropped $400!!! YIU WILL BE VERY UNHAPPY! I would 100% highly recommend going to the Kia in Clermont. It's worth the trip! More
