We recently purchased two vehicles from City Kia (EV6 and Telluride), and worked with Myles Wong for both purchase. The sales process was not pushy or uncomfortable. There was a lot of transparency, and Myles was very prompt in responses and extremely knowledgeable about both vehicles. We had see them at other dealerships, but Myles took the time to walk through the controls in the car, make sure he answered all questions, and even after the sales process gave us his cell phone number in case we had any more questions. Myles was very personable, down to earth, positive, and not the typical sales person. On another note, if you get your vehicle through City Kia you also get their City Kia Care, which includes complimentary maintenance (e.g. oil change) on your vehicle for free for 2 years. Poor customer care. Zero communication or accountability from service department and service managers. Would not recommend anyone purchase any extra care packages as the Zero communication or accountability from service department and service managers. Would not recommend anyone purchase any extra care packages as they are called “VIP” packages but yet you are definitely not treated like a VIP, but more like a nuisance for calling to get a straight answer instead of the run around.
