They dont care about you just your money! I am giving this rating because I purchased 2 vehicles in 1 day from them. At signing they told me that they were taking 300.00 registration. The man I am giving this rating because I purchased 2 vehicles in 1 day from them. At signing they told me that they were taking 300.00 registration. The man told me we also take more and you will be given a refund for the difference. Months went by no check back. I called a check was written finally. A month later i called the DMV to find out that buying a car registration was at the most 85.00. So I have another friend who bought a car there. She never was told about a refund check nor when she calls to ask about it no one ever returns her call. I contacted BBB. A month went by before I heard anything about this from them. A man contacted me i explained evverything he looked into it and said yes they owed me more. He would get checks cut a mail out. That was 2 weeks ago still no checks now he wont answer my calls. I wonder how many others got screwed out of their registration check. They also forgot to pay my trade in off and a month later started getting threatening calls from the bank. After 2 weeks i finally got that resolved. Also deceived me with charging my 200.00 for maintance package that you get 2 years free but charged me 4 yrs for 200.00 so the explain to me later i paid 200.00 for additional 2 yrs. I would have never paid that if i knew that up front i thought it was for additional 4 yrs. Never explained it. All in all not happy from the sales, accounting dept. The service side though i like except everytime you go there is always something they say needs done so they can milk more money out of you. I have work done somewhere else though cuz these crooks are not going to get another dime from me. More

He was very friendly and made the process quick and easy. I will definitely come back to City Kia to see Cornell when my new lease is up. More

THE MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE After some research on the 2016 KIA Optima I decided to contact City KIA in Orlando. Carlos Castillo sent me a quote on a vehicle that was on special. After some research on the 2016 KIA Optima I decided to contact City KIA in Orlando. Carlos Castillo sent me a quote on a vehicle that was on special. When we got there, it was sold. Yea right. We proceded to look at other vehicles. We saw a vehicle we liked. But of course, it was almost $2,000 for an alleged convenience package. But they said they would honor the same price quoted. We sit down to negociate with our trade in. We felt the price was acceptable and started out the paper work. After messing it all up, they brought in a different car. A supervisor, Mr. Oscar was courteous and apologetic and said he would take care of it. Then they came back saying they could not give us the deal because it was a more expensive car. How disappointing. We spent from 2:10 PM to 6:05 PM for absolutely nothing. Don't shop at City KIA, it's not what they advertise. By the way, Carlos Castillo was never found or heard since receiving me in the show room. More

Our salesman Robert never called Partners federal credit union that day to get the correct payoff amount. I told him I didn't know what it was and he should call. So there was no "verbal" statement amount by us. Robert said don't worry if you owe more, Kia will take care of it and if we underestimated , we will send you a check. Two weeks later (today), I received a call from Robert and the Sales GM Jason , saying that the estimate was wrong/low and I owe them $999 and how would I like to pay for that cash, credit, or check. I was stunned and said you're calling me 2 weeks later and you never got the payoff amount while we were there so we could incorporate it into the loan and resolve it then and there. Then Jason says , it's in the contract would you like to review it? So I called Partners today and they said they just called for the payoff on 9/28, not 2 weeks ago when we were there on 9/16. So what Robert told us was a lie and they get you in the fine print . Very disappointed, very unprofessional. But of course, they don't think they did anything wrong. We told Robert before any of this that we were coming back to purchase another car for our daughter who's in college. We will never go back there. They clearly don't care about repeat, happy customers. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and attorney generals office. And have already let friends/coworkers know how deceptive they are with their practices. I would never wish this upon anyone, including their own family members. It's a shame that something so simple couldn't have been taken care of and worked out for a buck. Disappointed in you boys. More

Not liking hard sales, I told Cornell I was getting interested. Cornell walked with me, answered my questions, when he asked if I would like to test drive .."No". He never questioned me again. By the time I left, CORNELL RICKETTS had sold me my first NEW car no pressure, no money out of pocket, Yes Mam, No Mam, when I said my diabetic sugar had dropped, he offered a "real" coke. Cornell was patient, kind, had or found answers to my questions, never questioned my choices ... and during the week answered all my silly requests. Cornell Ricketts is, by far, one of the best salesman with real salesmanship qualities others could learn from My hat is off to you for courtesy, customer satisfaction and going that "extra" mile. Well Done!! More
