Every time I visit the service department, there are so many people outside standing around not doing anything, but yet I have to wait for this one specific person that has been assigned to my car. Communi many people outside standing around not doing anything, but yet I have to wait for this one specific person that has been assigned to my car. Communication is not kept up-to-date through the process, many times I have not been notified when my car is done and instead I am the one having to inquire, or my sales contact John Murphy. Without John Murphy, the service department would probably get a one star. John Murphy doesn’t even work in service, but he values our relationship and helps try to keep things running smoothly when I’m there so that eventually I will come back to Kia and purchase another vehicle.
