This dealership was so shady when I dealt with them! I had been looking for a Genesis GV 80 and with the shortage of them I found a 2021 on the lot here at City Kia. I called and spoke with their Internet sales specialist and a sales manager and said that I lived an hour away and that I was on my way in to buy the vehicle they said OK we will put the keys aside and will see you in an hour. When I arrived a salesman was writing up a deal for that very same car to someone else. When I questioned why they were doing that and said that I spoke with a sales person and they said that the manager was aware and was putting the keys aside why would you be writing up a deal to somebody else? They said well, because that person walked in and they were here and you were not. As it turns out they could not get financing so I did end up getting the vehicle but it was a very stressful situation and I had to pay more than the asking price. They then sold me what they said would be a “ceramic coating”and crystalFusion on the glass. They gave me the big sales pitch about what this would do so I brought my car back in and had the supposed ceramic coating applied. they had my vehicle for about four hours. I get my car back and the first time I go to wash it the water isn’t sheeting off the car the way vehicle with ceramic coating would. They merely detailed the car and put a wax on it. What they used for a ceramic coating was poly steel which is nothing more than a silicone treatment that you can get on eBay for about $30. that will not last more than a couple of months! I’ve seen cars that have had a true ceramic coating put on them and you barely have to dry your car when you wash it. that is not the case with what I paid for. The crystalFusion glass treatment does not do anything more than what rain X on the windshield of my previous car would do! They up sold me on a product that they did not deliver and I feel quite cheated by this dealership. The shady practices that go on at this dealership is just deplorable . On 1-7-22 I tired to order a 2022 Telluride. The previous day I contacted them and told them I wanted to order a certain Telluride trim with specific option off their website. I presented the build sheet from KIA site (note: On 1-6-22 the price for the trim I was going to order was $32,790 base w/o my additional options and the next day the Chinese government said they were slowing semiconductor production due to US sanctions, and when I updated my build sheet it adjusted the new price to $33,090 so I had the up to date prices) and the games began. I spent 20 minutes after the listening to her dodge my question on how much higher, until I told her to get the sales manager. The Sales manger (female) comes over with an attitude and said that the sales lady told her that I didn't want to to pay the market adjustment fee. I told her I never said that because the sales lady refused to even tell me what it was. The manger then informed me there was a $7,000.00 market adjusted price. I left and City KIA can go bankrupt for all I care. Inflation through the roof, high gas prices, everything over priced and they price gouge people. More

This place is a joke. They don't take my seriously because I am a young woman but when my father who had nothing to do with my purchase calls, they can finally try to accommodate me. I purchased a brand new 2022 Kia right off the truck. 45 mins later, it breaks down and the check engine, oil and battery light all come on, took over 2.5 hours and several calls between several people to come up with a half-assed solution. It's been two days since they picked up my car to look at it and not once has anyone reached out to me, apologized, NOTHING. Several calls to managers and the dealership, and I'm still not getting a call back. Next step is getting a lawyer involved. More
