My husband and I purchased a 2023 Telluride on October 22nd. Our experience was very pleasant. Our salesman, Myles Wong was very friendly and patient with us on the day of purchase and continues to be! 22nd. Our experience was very pleasant. My previous car had very little technology, so I have a lot to learn with this new Telluride. Myles followed up with me a few days after purchase to check on how I was doing with the car and if I had any questions. A week later I called Myles with a question, and he answered right away and was extremely helpful! It was such a pleasure to work with Myles. I highly recommend! More

I went there to see if I could acquire a vehicle through my business. Based upon my research Ally bank instructed that the dealership could apply for financing using my business credit. The staff there is h my business. Based upon my research Ally bank instructed that the dealership could apply for financing using my business credit. The staff there is horrible and lacks knowledge on using a business credit profile. They continue to insist that I have to use my personal credit as a guarantor which Ally states only if the business credit profile is sufficient enough for financing. They demanded in order for them to provide service they had to inquire my personal credit which they did and after discovering my credit details they discriminated me and refused to submit my business credit profile for financing. Which I know would have received an approval. I actually was discriminated which was a bad judgment from the management there. More
