The service advisor said the work would be done that day. I was called at 4 pm and told that I had to bring the middle seat up for service to be finished. When I dropped everything and brought it up, they I was called at 4 pm and told that I had to bring the middle seat up for service to be finished. When I dropped everything and brought it up, they then said it may not be done that day. And it wasn't until I pushed back and asked for a manager that someone guaranteed it would be done that day, it was done by 7 pm. This is the 2nd time I have had to get pushy so I don't get taken advantage of by City Kia. More
