Really bad service. Advisor Daniel did not help, did not explain anything and seemed to not have any knowledge about what was going on. They did a “diagnostic” of the car and added things that apparently the car needed which was a lie since that was already done on a previous visit. They just wanted to charge double. When we received the car back, the front part was broken, they did something to the breaks too and ended up with a weird sound. We told the manager and we end up having to leave the car for 2 days there. They did not took responsibility for the broken part and said it was already like that which was not true. Charged $200 for nothing and we end up having the car more damaged that how it was when we took it to the dealer. It really is a scam. Was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. The manager was nice but the advisor Daniel did not do his job right. More
