I had a great overall experience for my first time at the Service Center. Although there was an issue where not all services could be completed, I want to give kudos to Keith Parker for his friendliness, Service Center. The customer service at this location has improved over the years and this was my best experience to date. My service advisor, Jay Torres, was very kind, honest, and a true people person. He took the time to make sure I had my needs met and that I was comfortable in my wait. The only issue I had with my visit, and with past visits, was the time. I had an appointment and when I arrived at that time I still waited 20+ mins to get assisted. I also had a lot of service completed on my car so I knew it would be a longer experience, but it took several hours longer than I expected. I appreciate that they offer a free ride to the mall and have some free food/water, but it feels they are frequently overbooked or possibly understaffed. I also want to mention Jays extra efforts as he also tried to get me a ride home but sadly I live far from the dealer. More

Provided phenomenal customer service along with updates on the vehicle that they were working on. The job was able to be expedited more sooner with the fortune of overnight parts and repairs within two day on the vehicle that they were working on. I received a complete and total purchase experience with City KIA. My son Derek Murphy who has developed a business relationship with many at City, let Jake and Joe know that he would be bringing me to Cit City KIA. We arrived at about 10:00am and was put in touch with sales rep. Rafael. The Rio S was equipped and looked to be exactly what I wanted and we quickly got down to business with Rafael and quickly reached an agreement with the help of : Rafael, Jake, Joe and my son Derek. With the good deal I received I was able to come in under my budget which allowed me to do more purchasing of extended coverages and protections so I have even more peace of mind for a long time. Jake even had the WeatherTech floor mats that I always purchase for my cars IN STOCK and at a better price than what they were on WeatherTech's website. Eric the finance guy really helped lower the price with the more coverages I purchased. All went much better than I ever expected. But KIA really deserves a lot of credit for still having a nice small quality desirable car available to buy for an old man like me that doesn't want a big vehicle. So many other manufacturers have gone to just SUV's, big vehicles or those over priced electric vehicles that the average person can't afford or want. This KIA Rio has an actual temperature gauge and 4 wheel disc brakes which was a big plus for me as better cars have. I was able to get the car I desired, extended coverages, paint protection, floor liners all within my budget so I am able to be totally comfortable with myself and no regrets. There may have been even more people involved in this experience that I don't know their names or participated. I am grateful to all those involved with this professional sales experience at City KIA. All my needs were met with this deal. More
