The worst service department. No customer loyalty they don’t answer calls they don’t return calls and they never have answers for you! I was told by the service manager that he wants for engine to die so he can replace it because like myself he’s tired of this problem like myself I then said I want my car fixed not die then you fix. Is really very bad experience ,about the sales people at this dealership, they treat you as a piece of crap, the humiliate, people, very unprofessional staff at this location, if they said they try to work this dealership, they treat you as a piece of crap, the humiliate, people, very unprofessional staff at this location, if they said they try to work with you to solve a situation is a big LIE, I did not recommend this place is the worst, customer service is a 0 ,and the staff is horrible. City Kia of Orlando Service Dpt. : NOT GOOD AT ALL!. Dropped my car on Tue Jun25th for 8,000 miles service and a check on a noise/vibration which had come up a couple of days befor : NOT GOOD AT ALL!. Dropped my car on Tue Jun25th for 8,000 miles service and a check on a noise/vibration which had come up a couple of days before. On July 8th they still did not know when my car would be ready or when will I get a temporary replacement. During these 14 days I heard all kind of stories, from their "system had been down and delayed inputting your info", to "we have to request the manufacturer to send the replacement part'', going through lies like "your car is here" or "your car is at another of our location", and -of course- the traditional "give me 5 minutes and I'll solve your situation". After a full month, my car was finally returned and repaired. I didn't get clear explanations of what had happened just that it was a Warranty issue and was solved. I later noticed some scratches and dents, and upon bringing the car to verify damages, I was referred to a body shop to get an estimate, only to find out that City Kia is refusing to pick up the bill. I understand they need time to verify against their original photos, and that's fair, but they are not taking this issue as serious as they should. It seems their Philosophy is to wear out the customers while they evade all responsibility. And by what I hear, they're pretty good at it. At this stage, I think I may have to use legal advice and actions. Sad, but this dealership has to slow down deceiving customers. As a follower commented on one of my posts: "Kia is synonym for trash" If you own a KIA, I strongly suggest to try servicing at a real professional center, even if it is not KIA. If you are considering buying one, these guys are very effective at selling it to you, but don't fall for aftermath traps. More

It was my first time at a dealership. I had no idea what I was doing thankfully, I was paired up with Marilyn Santos she answered all my questions and helped me tremendously. No lo recomiendo, compré un Kia Forte LXS 2021 nuevo y el servicio es terrible, nunca volví, cancelé las garantías extendidas y tardaron 6 meses para decirme finalmente que solo descontaban unas cuotas (cobr servicio es terrible, nunca volví, cancelé las garantías extendidas y tardaron 6 meses para decirme finalmente que solo descontaban unas cuotas (cobrándome los intereses), tienen terribles prácticas como asignarte citas de servicio técnico cuando tú no las necesitas, no tienen servicio al cliente, traté de que me resolvieran un par de inquietudes dos días después de la compra y nadie sabía. Además de que para que me aseguraran el carro en Geico tuve que enviar fotos de barra antirrobo por los problemas que tienen de que son los carros más fáciles de robar. More

Short and sweet they owe us $648.01 and if you buy a car from them make sure everything is done before you walk out the door cause they won ever had.
