You can't leave zero stars fyi the positive reviews are managers looking to save their g@$$. This is the worst service center I've ever encountered. Don't EVERRRR get the tire warranty. They suck so bad they didn't even ask me if I paid after oil change that was free under warranty, but didnt tell me it expired until it was done. I bought the car and after that...only contacted me for service and I drove miles to get tires checked before trip...nope. oil change with warranty left loose oil filter sooo leaked everywhere. Wrong. Hlad to pay to get replaced where I was when found it was messed up. Tried to get me to take down my reviews by fixing everything..and I would've...except, they messed that appt up too. I regret buying the car because i couldve saved money by getting a luxury car where they take care of you. For the cost of what I've paid to get their mistakes fixed. Yup thats right.. I went to the dealership and asked for my usual advisor wich unfortunetly wasnt there that day. However I was placed with Advisor Luis Rivera and I have to say it was a a great fit. The worst service department. No customer loyalty they don’t answer calls they don’t return calls and they never have answers for you! I was told by the service manager that he wants for engine to die so he can replace it because like myself he’s tired of this problem like myself I then said I want my car fixed not die then you fix. City Kia of Orlando Service Dpt. : NOT GOOD AT ALL!. Dropped my car on Tue Jun25th for 8,000 miles service and a check on a noise/vibration which had come up a couple of days befor : NOT GOOD AT ALL!. Dropped my car on Tue Jun25th for 8,000 miles service and a check on a noise/vibration which had come up a couple of days before. On July 8th they still did not know when my car would be ready or when will I get a temporary replacement. During these 14 days I heard all kind of stories, from their "system had been down and delayed inputting your info", to "we have to request the manufacturer to send the replacement part'', going through lies like "your car is here" or "your car is at another of our location", and -of course- the traditional "give me 5 minutes and I'll solve your situation". After a full month, my car was finally returned and repaired. I didn't get clear explanations of what had happened just that it was a Warranty issue and was solved. I later noticed some scratches and dents, and upon bringing the car to verify damages, I was referred to a body shop to get an estimate, only to find out that City Kia is refusing to pick up the bill. I understand they need time to verify against their original photos, and that's fair, but they are not taking this issue as serious as they should. It seems their Philosophy is to wear out the customers while they evade all responsibility. And by what I hear, they're pretty good at it. At this stage, I think I may have to use legal advice and actions. Sad, but this dealership has to slow down deceiving customers. As a follower commented on one of my posts: "Kia is synonym for trash" If you own a KIA, I strongly suggest to try servicing at a real professional center, even if it is not KIA. If you are considering buying one, these guys are very effective at selling it to you, but don't fall for aftermath traps. More
