Sales tactics The staff are great at City Ford. However some of their marketing tactics are a bit underhanded. This is the second time that we received a mailer in The staff are great at City Ford. However some of their marketing tactics are a bit underhanded. This is the second time that we received a mailer in the mail that over promised a good deal. Both times they used a third party that sent a mailer promising a great deal only to find out it was just a tactic to get you in the dealership. Once you found out the reality of the situation, it leaves you a bit upset. That is not to say the dealership is not honest. But I feel that I can’t trust any mailer from them promising a good deal. Frustrating The visit was frustrating because it took 4 days to diagnose the problem. When the vehicle was said to be ready, it in fact was not. The maintenance and recall repair were then scheduled for the next day. The repair for the original issue was then scheduled 2 weeks later due to lack of parts. More
