not trustworthy On Wed, 11/6/19 I scheduled my 2013 Lincoln for service with oil change and tire rotation. The invoice reflected that these services were performed an On Wed, 11/6/19 I scheduled my 2013 Lincoln for service with oil change and tire rotation. The invoice reflected that these services were performed and billed for same. Upon looking at the invoice I noticed that the tire tread depth had not been checked, so I checked my tires to assure they had been changed and as I suspected they had not perform tis service. I notified Travis on the same day that this service was not performed and also how disappointed I was that after doing business with them for three years that this would happen. I asked him to have the service e mgr. to call me and he informed me that that the service magr was off but he would have him call me on Thursday which did not happen, Now I wonder how many times that I have paid for services that I did not receive. Needless to say they lost a customer. More

Oil change and looking at a used truck. I like the fact that they treat me like family. Its always fast and if I have any problems they will take time to work with me to figure it out. When I went to look at a used truck Ty was busy but took time to help me out. I was super humid and getting hotter outside and I told them I came in early so I would be able to be outside.
