When I arrived for my service appointment I asked if I should wait or come back, I was told my oil change wouldn't take too long so I should wait. I ended up waiting two hours with regular updates that it would be ready right away. When the job was complete, my maintenance light wasn't reset, and they don't appear to do the light vacuum anymore. Also, on my invoice there was a multi point inspection done, but I left with low air in my tires. I feel like I received the absolute minimum of service. More

Very deceiving with their quote to me. Came in for an oil change and to get my battery replaced. Quoted $285.00 for the battery and $49.00 for the oil change. Expecting to pay around $350. Had a $523.00 bill do to NEVER being told about labor charge. I called 2 other places for quotes but decided to have it done by you due to wanting an oil change too. Would have definitely gotten the battery elsewhere had I been informed about the labor charge! Also, Angela, the women who helped me at the service desk told me, after I said it would have been nice to know of the labor charge, that she would talk to her boss and see what she can do. She told me to call her in the afternoon which I did, but she said she hadn't talked to him yet and would call me back. That was 2 days ago and still have not heard from her. More
