City Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Brookfield - Service Center

Brought my Jeep in Tuesday morning, was provided and estimate of around $1,700-1,800 on by Wednesday morning. Friday came and i was told when I called at noon I'd be picked up that evening to be provide estimate of around $1,700-1,800 on by Wednesday morning. Friday came and i was told when I called at noon I'd be picked up that evening to be provided transportation to the dealer location; but when I called again at 5pm, no one was apparently assigned to come so a salesman was dispatched. Then when I reviewed the itemized list of work, it came out to $3,300. I was never contacted regarding this amount. More

Reception a service bay was warm, welcoming and efficient. Curtesy shuttle driver was also very congenial. Service tried to guide me into another major expenditure for a water pump they said was le efficient. Curtesy shuttle driver was also very congenial. Would have cost me nearly $1000. More
