I had a problem with my gas tank cover. It would not open so I couldn’t get gas! They got me in for service right away. They put in a new casing which solved the problem which was covered under warranty. When they took my vehicle back for a car wash they noticed I was overdue for an oil change! They changed my oil, rotated my tires and changed the filters! All this done when they squeezed me in so I could get gas! I was very impressed with the quality of service, noticing what needed to be done and doing it immediately so I wouldn’t have to come back! A1 service! Thank you very much! More

Worst experience from any dealership. Trying to call an make an appointment was almost next to impossible. Every attempt to make my appointment I was forward went to the Service Departm Trying to call an make an appointment was almost next to impossible. Every attempt to make my appointment I was forward went to the Service Department the phone just kept ringing and no one answered. Finally later in the day someone did answer, however this person was helping take calls and took my name and number and said someone would call back to schedule my appointment. That never happened. I called back the next day and got someone from the Service Department to schedule my appointment. My appointment was Monday morning at 10:30a.m. This appointment was for a check engine light that was on and a knocking sound from front left tire. Did not hear anything all day about my vehicle. I called when I got home from work about 5:00p.m. They said they were still working on it. So I called late afternoon on Tuesday and they were still working on it. Finally got my vehicle back on Thursday. My biggest issue with this whole experience was the lack of communication and trying to get hold of someone from the Service Department. I understand everyone is short handed, but this was a total lack of communication. Also no one had called to let me know my vehicle was done. I found out from an email asking to complete a survey on my service that was done on my vehicle. More

I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I bought a $100 coupon for two synthetic oil changes. I was warned that the oil change coupon only covers 5 quarts and my Grand Cherokee holds 6. I am not sure if I was charged for the extra quart. I appreciated the free car wash and the free key fob battery change. Nice. But, I was charged $18.74 for "shop charges" which to me seems to be an easy way to pad a bill and offset a perceived discount from a coupon. Otherwise, the service people were courteous and attentive. More
