Not great communication throughout the day regarding status of my wrangler. Had to call twice. Technicians were finally working on it late afternoon and then couldn’t get the part in that they needed so status of my wrangler. Had to call twice. Technicians were finally working on it late afternoon and then couldn’t get the part in that they needed so I had to be without my car a second day. Super expensive for parts. Seems to me to be more expensive than when it was Schlossmans. Staff are super nice. More
Troubled visit - 2 things went poorly & had to revisit to have fixed. Wheel nuts were not properly tightened after tire alignment (2nd visit that this happened) and cabin filter install left loud noises comi have fixed. This is my second experience at the dealership since it changed ownership. I bought my vehicle there when it was Schlossman's. Both experiences since were very disappointing. Poor communication every st changed ownership. I bought my vehicle there when it was Schlossman's. Both experiences since were very disappointing. Poor communication every step of the way - too many to list! The only bright spot was JJ, who drove me home when the service wasn't completed during my initial appointment. With both experiences the dealership reduced my bill to try to make up for the poor experiences. All I asked them to do was to improve their service personnel and communication! I was told they are short staffed and trying to hire qualified people. I wouldn't recommend them unless things improve........ More
We regret ever purchasing our 2018 vehicle in Aug 2020. The original issues we had fixed in early January and we paid for them out of pocket. We didn't have a car for roughly 2 weeks over the holidays. The The original issues we had fixed in early January and we paid for them out of pocket. We didn't have a car for roughly 2 weeks over the holidays. Then the next day, a 3rd issue arose and we have been without our car for nearly a month now. We needed to call multiple times to stay informed on the repair status. The warranty will only pay for a portion of this repair. We are considering trading our car in, for a different one, if we ever get ours back. More
