Appt for Wednesday at 8 am. Dropped off vehicle on tues evening. 2 to 3 hour appt for diagnosis. Had to rent car for transportation. Friday morning I called to say I was just going to pick up my vehicle and to have it ready. Person I spoke to had no idea what was going on with my car and PROMISED to call me back in 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour. 2 1/2 hours later still no call. I went there to just get my vehicle and given the excuse a service writer called in sick. Apparently if a service writer has to take off they all just ignore that persons customers. I’m pretty sure they didn’t even look at my car till I called. Paid for a rental for 4 days for a 2 to 3 hour appt. More

Service department helped take care of a minor warranty issue quickly. David was very polite and treated me respectfully. The technician did a good job to align out a body panel the factory installed crook issue quickly. David was very polite and treated me respectfully. Still waiting for phone call from service manager regarding our issue. No one has reached out to us. Service has seen our car more than we have driven it.
