Generally very good. I can usually get an appointment when needed. Customer service is very nice. However on the previous visit the tires were rotated incorrectly. When I complained to my husband that my car was noisier after my tire rotation, he saw that the tires that needed to stay on the rear of the car were now on the front. I had specifically asked for the rear tires to stay there, that they were directional and should not be rotated. David was very apologetic and got my car right in to correct the mistake. The correction was done quickly and my car was washed. And I am riding quieter again. 🙂 More

Gabriel is the only reason you didn't get one star. I brought my truck there 5 weeks ago. Was told it would take a month. The service notes were jotted down by the service writer on stick up notes. I asked if the computer was "down" and she responded that she would enter to the computer later. One of the communications I received during the day was a reminder for my appointment the Next day from 9:30 to 9:45 which I have no idea what it would have been for. When I was returned to the shop I was presented with a bill for 180 dollars for a conventional oil change, a side marker bulb replaced, and a look at the rear air conditioning which was blocked off before I owned this minivan. I raised an issue with another service advisor about the high price, and he conferred with Angela and they offered me a 10 dollar coupon. I grudgingly accepted. I have been using this service dept. for over 10 years and have never felt taken advantage of until now. More
