However, when we purchased our Wagoneer, it was mentioned several times by several people at the dealership, if you need to bring your vehicle in, y However, when we purchased our Wagoneer, it was mentioned several times by several people at the dealership, if you need to bring your vehicle in, you will have a loaner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee L or better guaranteed. We have brought our vehicle in twice already (have had it for 3 months). First time we have to fight with the dealership to get any loaner. Second time, we just accepted no loaner and dealt with it. If you are going to make it part of the sale pitch that a loaner will be available, make sure you have enough loaners on site to accomodate your customers. It is incredibly disappointing to be promised one thing, only to find out that it isn't true. More

I was pretty satisfied with the services before. This is the first time I have given them a neutral rate. I was shown both air filters and offered to replace them during the last oil change service. This is the first time I have given them a neutral rate. I was shown both air filters and offered to replace them during the last oil change service. When I asked for the prices, I was confused with no numbers provided but a word like "high". How could I accept an offer without a clear price? So I simply asked to put them back. Thankfully, I did my research on them after I got home. Guess what I found, the cabin air filter was smashed back in the wrong way (90 degrees angled) so that it was crumpled and left open airways. I am glad that I checked and replaced it before any further damages from it. I pray for them all to do well. More
