Could have been a bit better. I dropped my car off at 6AM was told it would be finished by 9, 10 at the latest. I took the shuttle home. I called at 11:30 because I had not heard from them and told the girl I wanted service, she sent me over on the phone and it kept ringing, I called a 2nd time and said I had called and never got an answer, she apologized and sent me through again, same thing, no answer, so I waited a bit more and called a 3rd time and explained again how I never had anyone pick up my call, she apologized again and said that should not happen and she would try and hook me up with manager and someone did answer and told me my service rep was busy but he would an answer. He came back on and said Angela said to tell me it should be ready by noon. I had an appointment that day that I ended up rescheduling I again called at 1:20, 1:27, 1:49 and 1:55 with no answer. At 2:15 I received a call saying my car was done and I said I will need the shuttle back. I got back to the dealer at about 3:00 PM. Seemed like it was far from 10:00 at the latest, from 6AM to 3:00PM ended up being 9 hours or so. not the 2-3 hours with no communication whatsoever. Excellent service, I wasn't expecting a car wash and they cleaned my floor mats. I own a landscape company and my truck was covered in dirt. When I came to the service center, I told the guy that the last time I had an oil change they forgot to put 2 of my 4 tire valve stem caps back on. He said he would take care of it. He did not. I had to go back in and ask for them to put the caps back on. When I checked on my screen on my dash for tire pressure, all 4 of the tires were different pressures. More than just a couple of pounds which is normal. Did they check my tire pressure at all? I had to adjust my tire pressure when I got back home. Then the guy told me that my tire depth was 5/32. He told me I should be thinking about getting new tires before the snow flies. WHAT? There is only 20,000 on those tires. My wife has 52,000 on her car and I am starting now to think about new tires. He said that they put soft tires on when you buy a new car. He asked if I am driving the car like a race car driver? I find out that the point where you MUST put new tires on is when it gets to 2/32" depth. I am well away from that. You should instruct this service agent the proper depth to tell somebody that they need new tires. I was OK with the service performance other than the agent not telling them to put on valve stems. They should do this normally when they rotate the tires. And, did they check the air in the tires and set them to the proper tire pressure? That is to be seen. You should have cameras on them to see exactly what work, if any, is being performed. More
