Brought my car in for an oil change and asked to have the tires rotated and car looked over. Got the car home and it was leaking tranny fluid and the tranny pan was so rusted. This is something that should have been caught during the safety of the vehicle that we bought less than 2 months prior. And was AGAIN missed during a supposed multi-point inspection. After repeated calls to service and trying to get a resolution with the service manager we got no where. This is the first and last time we will ever bring our vehicle there or refer anyone to come to this dealership. Horrible customer service and even worse supposed service of the vehicle. More

I have never had a bad experience taking my Jeep to this dealership. They have yet to try and sell me something that I don’t need for my vehicle when I bring it in for service/maintenance and the wait time dealership. I appreciate the team helping fit us in with a check engine light prior to leaving on a family trip. I didn’t expect to be there 3.5 hours for a diagnostic however. In the end they were able to fix the engine light prior to leaving on a family trip. I didn’t expect to be there 3.5 hours for a diagnostic however. In the end they were able to fix the light and codes, however they didn’t do an oil change sending me out the door with my engine oil at 7%, resulting in me having to pay $150 at another service station to have it done. I wish they would have done the oil change if I was going to be sitting there that long. More
