Besides requesting oil and filter change, I asked to have the valve covers inspected as they appear to be leaking oil and I have a lifetime drive train warranty. I was told I had to sign for a $308 inspection fee that I would owe if the technician didn't think I had a leak but that if he agreed there would be no charge. When I scheduled the appointment, Becky told me they could take a look at it and didn't suggest a fee was needed. I didn't take the risk. Foolish, maybe I'll just let the engine fail and Jeep gets the cost of a new engine. At other dealerships they would notice leaks during multipoint inspection and recommend warranty service (leaking oil pan, head gaskets, ...). The person checking me in for service was very pleasant and I suspect he was just following company policy, I hold him harmless. However, although he reviewed no concerns in my multipoint inspection, he didn't give me a copy. I'll take my warranty service elsewhere. Of course the oil and filter change took just over an hour even though I had an appointment, but that is typical of any dealership. The oil and filter change was done appropriately. More

Had an appointment for 10 am on sat 9/16/23. Had to wait for 20 minutes for advisor. And that was after i complained. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency concerning the availability of a driver to take me from dealership to work. Also, the people washing the vehicle should refrain from using the same towel that was used to wipe down the outside of the on the inside windows, especially the windshield.
