I came into buy a Ram 1500 Big Horn on December 23,2022. The salesman I worked with was Andrew Parrish, but also was helped by JP and Shawn the sales manager. Overall experience was great! The first day I came in, the price was a little too high so I had to walk away. The next day Andrew called me and was able to work with me and bring the price down even more than I expected! Because of this I was able to get my dream truck! I was able to buy my new 2022 Ram 1500 Big Horn on Christmas Eve and couldn’t be happier. Would absolutely recommend going to drew to anyone looking to buy a car! Thanks again! More

Very deceiving with their quote to me. Came in for an oil change and to get my battery replaced. Quoted $285.00 for the battery and $49.00 for the oil change. Expecting to pay around $350. Had a $523.00 bill do to NEVER being told about labor charge. I called 2 other places for quotes but decided to have it done by you due to wanting an oil change too. Would have definitely gotten the battery elsewhere had I been informed about the labor charge! Also, Angela, the women who helped me at the service desk told me, after I said it would have been nice to know of the labor charge, that she would talk to her boss and see what she can do. She told me to call her in the afternoon which I did, but she said she hadn't talked to him yet and would call me back. That was 2 days ago and still have not heard from her. More
