When I arrived for my service appointment I asked if I should wait or come back, I was told my oil change wouldn't take too long so I should wait. I made this service appointment several days in advance, should wait or come back, I was told my oil change wouldn't take too long so I should wait. I made this service appointment several days in advance, My car make and model was on file, but the parts were not actually there. I ended up waiting two hours with regular updates that it would be ready right away. When the job was complete, my maintenance light wasn't reset, and they don't appear to do the light vacuum anymore. Also, on my invoice there was a multi point inspection done, but I left with low air in my tires. I feel like I received the absolute minimum of service. More
