I drop my car off the previous day at 12:20 for a scheduled appointment. I didnt find out about an estimate until 24 hours later with me calling 5 times for a status. For brakes, it was quoted $3000 for parts only (no labor). I went to Firestone and them done for ALOT cheaper. More

Had a scheduled appointment for my first needed service since purchasing my Jeep last year. After nearly 30 minutes, I was informed that they didn't have the oil filter needed for this routine maintenance. since purchasing my Jeep last year. They offered if I could wait an additional 45 minutes they could have one delivered and then do the oil change and tire rotation. Already lost pay due to leaving early for the appointment. No tire rotation performed. Nothing offered other than they were sorry. No thanks. One customer lost. More
