The only reason I didn't give this visit 5 stars is because it took an hour to get a simple oil change and car wash. Otherwise, all was good. - Somehow in your system my oil change coupon is missing. The service advisor did resolve this. But it's not unusual that your system has things missing, and this was particularly true when you changed owner The service advisor did resolve this. Now the front tires have rear tires pressures, and vice-versa. - I was never given an explanation regarding the lock wheels package. I called later and Javier helped me out. - I was never given an explanation concerning the persisting alert/display of tire pressures. I called and Javier sort of helped me. I think I may have to reset this. - I was never given an inspection report highlighting all the issues that the service advisor (Angela) had already explained to me, i.e. brakes, windshield wipers, etc. Ordinarily, I get an inspection report. I called and asked for one, but I haven't received it yet. It's not unusual that I get so-so customer service with you. Megan (Angela's precedessors) was part of the new ownership set of employees, and she seemed like she was going to turn things around, but she never got back to me on two lingering issues (which are now obsolete and resolved themselves). The previous general manager never got back to me no matter how many messages I have left behind. This may very well be the last time I drop off my car for service. We'll see if I get this blessed inspection report. More
