Mostly good, but. .... I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I bought a $100 coupon for two synthetic oil changes. I was warned that the oil change coupon only c .... I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I bought a $100 coupon for two synthetic oil changes. I was warned that the oil change coupon only covers 5 quarts and my Grand Cherokee holds 6. I am not sure if I was charged for the extra quart. I appreciated the free car wash and the free key fob battery change. Nice. But, I was charged $18.74 for "shop charges" which to me seems to be an easy way to pad a bill and offset a perceived discount from a coupon. Otherwise, the service people were courteous and attentive. More

I have serviced my 2021 Jeep since I bought this at this dealership. Now after 50K miles, they tell me I need a new radiator. I said you had the Jeep since I bought the car in for service. I told the man dealership. Now after 50K miles, they tell me I need a new radiator. I said you had the Jeep since I bought the car in for service. I told the manager that there was a water puddle on my garage floor from the first oil change. They claim they inspect the car every time is in for service. I asked to see the radiator and sent me pictures. So I asked the General Manager to call the Regional Service Manager to discuss this. He said he needed the radiator in case any questions he may Well, I called three hours later and said he throw the radiator in the junk. He lied to me. After 3 days I still did not hear from him.
