We regret ever purchasing our 2018 vehicle in Aug 2020. The original issues we had fixed in early January and we paid for them out of pocket. We didn't have a car for roughly 2 weeks over the holidays. Then the next day, a 3rd issue arose and we have been without our car for nearly a month now. We needed to call multiple times to stay informed on the repair status. The warranty will only pay for a portion of this repair. We are considering trading our car in, for a different one, if we ever get ours back. More

I had a problem with my gas tank cover. It would not open so I couldn’t get gas! They got me in for service right away. They put in a new casing which solved the problem which was covered It would not open so I couldn’t get gas! They got me in for service right away. They put in a new casing which solved the problem which was covered under warranty. When they took my vehicle back for a car wash they noticed I was overdue for an oil change! They changed my oil, rotated my tires and changed the filters! All this done when they squeezed me in so I could get gas! I was very impressed with the quality of service, noticing what needed to be done and doing it immediately so I wouldn’t have to come back! A1 service! Thank you very much! More
