Car was priced well online which brought us in. Upon getting in there was a lot of pressure by the Sales Manager. We liked the car and the price so despite the extremely poor sales experience we decided to move forward with the purchase. The finance person was great. When we were walking out the door we were told there was only one key to the car for the first time. We were then told two different stories about where the key was with a promise to reach out to the previous owner. Still no resolve to that issue. Not an honest car buying experience and we would not buy from this dealer again or recommend this dealer. More

However, we did have mechanical issues 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and they were not willing to help and began ignoring my calls an vehicle. The first numbers I received from this dealer were all wrong and clearly attempting to make me pay over the listed sale price. Illegal practices.
