I dropped my vehicle off early in the morning (9:30am) on a Friday. They said they’d call me shortly with status/estimate. By 3:45pm I hadn’t heard from them. I tried calling but each time they’d transfer me a Friday. They said they’d call me shortly with status/estimate. By 3:45pm I hadn’t heard from them. I tried calling but each time they’d transfer me over to the service center, no one would answer. I tried the live chat on their site, which of course was not actually monitored in real time. Shortly after I get a call from sales asking me if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I explained that I was simply trying to get a hold of the service center. 20 min after that I finally get a call but with no other info except that they’ll call me back shortly. 45 more min go by, they finally call back with the estimate and it was INSANE! Quoted upwards of $1500 for front breaks/rotors. I’m aware dealership has a higher margin on parts and usually charges more for labor but they said $800 for parts (HAH) and that would mean your experienced mechanics need 6 hours labor to complete? BS. This is beyond a scam. I liked them when they were Schlossman’s, now it’s City. Never going back to this dealership again. Oh and they make you pay $165 for the diagnostic but then take on a misc $25 charge. $200 down the drain and a day wasted. More

I stopped in a few days after the sale started and ordered a set of tires for my Jeep, and scheduled an appointment for later in the week to get the tires installed. When it was time to pickup my vehicle, I realized that the tire wholesaler had shipped the wrong tires (more expensive than the ones I ordered). Rather than make me leave my Jeep while they tracked down the correct tires, they let me take the Jeep home and put miles on the more expensive tires while they waited for the correct tires to arrive. When the correct tires arrived they installed them quickly and without an appointment. Excellent service, and the tires cost less for a set than if I had ordered them from a well known online seller. Other service costs are also in-line with costs at third parties, so I choose to have my routine maintenance done at City Jeep as well. More

When I set the appointment I scheduled a 60k maintenance but specifically stated that the tires do not need to be rotated because brand new tires had been put on 2 weeks prior. Additionally, I requested that the power sliding door track be lubed to address a squeaky wheel and was told it was done, but it was not. Finally, I started a warranty claim for corrosion on the hood and the agent took photos and said a claim was started, but I have not received any follow-up to schedule the service to repair the hood.
