After calling to make an appointment, and you all not having it scheduled, I was impressed by the dealerships ability to get me in to compensate for their mistake. I worked with Mike as the service writer for my vehicle situation. He was very helpful and communicated to me through the whole process. When my situation wasn’t fixed the first time, he was able to get me situation. He was very helpful and communicated to me through the whole process. When my situation wasn’t fixed the first time, he was able to get me a loaner car and raid with the technician so they could properly diagnose my situation. Got my car back the next day. Highly recommend Mike. More
