Had an appointment for 10 am on sat 9/16/23. Had to wait for 20 minutes for advisor. And that was after i complained. I gave permission to the cashier to leave the key fob under floor mat, said she could not do that some guy called me and was very rude on th phone about it.I cannot with good conscience recommend this dealership to any one to buy or lease a vehicle. I was very disappointed with the lack of transparency concerning the availability of a driver to take me from dealership to work. Should be honest if there is an issue, not just send a person to the wai concerning the availability of a driver to take me from dealership to work.
