Mike was AMAZING - however, I didn't have a great experience with the other technicians I spoke to (did not get their names). I explained on the phone and during drop-off that I was currently using a experience with the other technicians I spoke to (did not get their names). I explained on the phone and during drop-off that I was currently using a new (off-brand) cord to see if variables on my end explained the issue that I was having with my Jeep's CarPlay, but that the problem had arisen and gotten worse while connecting my phone using an on-brand cord. During the phone calls and the pick-up, I was repeatedly told that the off-brand cord was the issue, even after I explained that the off-brand cord was purchased last week, and the problem had gotten worse with an on-brand cord over the course of a year. The technician on the phone said "yeah, but there were no errors in the diagnostic, so it's the off-brand cord that is responsible." When I talked with Mike the following day, and expressed frustration, he recommended a hard reset of the system, which appears to have resolved the issue, so five stars for Mike and for the problem being resolved, and one star for the other staff members who repeatedly blamed a cord and didn't fix my car. More
