I called to ask how much a diagnostic was, the person on the phone failed to explain to me it was that much for EACH thing. I took my car there with a list that had to be cut down to only one thing because the phone failed to explain to me it was that much for EACH thing. I took my car there with a list that had to be cut down to only one thing because of cost. They got my exhaust fixed, though it took forever for the parts to come in due to the UAW strike. They did however get me a loaner car when I was in a pinch. That was appreciated. They were supposed to give me a letter explaining why the new aftermarket parts another repair shop installed do not work on my car; along with side by side pictures. After asking multiple times I got a couple blurry pictures you can’t see anything in, and the letter is nowhere to be seen. Also in the couple of weeks my car was there I was the one who had to call and ask what was going on; the service center never called me at all. More
