I had an appointment at 11:45 and was there prior to. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hrs of waiting I went to find out was going on. My car was parked outside already but I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. After 2 hrs of waiting I went to find out was going on. My car was parked outside already but no one let me know it was done. I have a feeling I had a new person who was very polite and thorough but someone else should be monitoring him and help expedite things. More
