Gave 24 hrs. notice to see a $22K used vehicle at this dealership. When we arrived, car had splotches of goose poop all over it (just like it did on Sunday when we looked at it on the lot) the following dealership. Vehicle also did not start in the viewing area and salesperson said she would go get the jump pack to get it going. When she opened the hood to jump the vehicle, the engine compartment contained plant residue (white fuzzy stuff) that wasn't even removed prior w/an air hose. Evidently, Jenni Scholze (the internet sales contact) did not care enough about a potential sale to make sure the vehicle was adequately presented. The salesperson we were referred to, Yulia, was very cordial and interested in helping us but, unfortunately, due to Jenni's lack of preparation, it turned out to be an embarrassing situation for Yulia (which wasn't fair to her). This was the first and LAST time we will ever visit or consider a purchase from a Schlossman store. Don't waste your time here, go down the street to the Safro dealership instead...... More
My experience started off bad. I came in, was given a not so good price on a Jeep so I left. I continued to email back and forth with the internet team. Still no good deals. Then an email eluded to the fact that I would get a good price on a Jeep so I brought my family in that Saturday, but instead was given a terrible price on a Jeep. So the salesman brought his manager over who needs to work on his people skills and we argued over price and my husband and I left angry for wasting our time. So our sales man, who I thought for sure we'd never hear from again, gave me a call and offered me a decent price on the Jeep I wanted. I countered back and he accepted. So our sales man John is actually what made my review of this dealership better. He really came through. I am sure every dealership tries to get away with getting the most profit. But what makes this dealership different is that they were willing to negotiate. More

We have been dealing with Don Veiersthler for 15 years and it has been the best buying experiance we have ewver had. We went to many dealer that first time to look for a car. This was by far the best new car buying experience we've ever had. We had gone to the dealership a few months prior and instead of pressuring us with a hard sell Rick told us to wait a little while and com ever had. We were so happy with him that we also brought a family member along to purchase a car. We wanted a color that they didn't have in stock but he was able to track one down for us in Iowa!!! You cannot beat that customer service!!! We will definitely be going to him for all our new car purchases and have been recommending him to anyone that will listen. More

I Purchased a used vehicle from Mark Bryant. This has been the easiest, and simplest new car purchase i have ever done before. The friendliness and knowledge of the vehicle i was purchasing was awesome. They were not pushy or argumentative and they were more than willing to get the price into our range for our income and monthly budget. We had our daughter with us and you know how sitting at a dealership can get kids restless. We did not have that problem at this dealership! They had games, toys, and a cool race track to keep her occupied while we were filling out paper work and discussing options. They also offered us sodas and snacks to help us out while we were there. The finance paper work was an absolute breeze. The banker went through all the paperwork in full detail, laid it all out there so we could see and there were no hidden fees or money trails. We paid exactly what we agreed upon. This dealer was an absolute dream come true to deal with. I would like to thank Linda for all her help and hard work.
