Dannica was an absolute joy to work with, and we're so relieved we were able to come in right away! My husband and I had been looking for a used, but well-maintained vehicle, and this dealership had ex relieved we were able to come in right away! Dannica helped us with the initial and subsequent test drives, even helping us squeeze in a visit to our mechanic for his blessing before we purchased. And when we had one item we wanted the service team to fix, they were extremely friendly, wrote it into the contract and we were able to sign the paperwork right away. While the process was a bit longer than we'd have liked, the extremely courteous and friendly staff made things pleasant for us in the mean time. Ruben was a rockstar and made us feel at ease as we walked through the financials, even complimenting the pre-approval I had which made the process simple. He was so friendly, and he and my husband talked about music/concerts as we waited for the system to complete the task.
