The Service Director, Brian, went to bat for us with Chrysler to resolve an ongoing brake howl problem with our Dodge Caravan. The problem started after a complete front-end brake job and then continued Chrysler to resolve an ongoing brake howl problem with our Dodge Caravan. The problem started after a complete front-end brake job and then continued after that through 2 pad replacements and other component realignments.
