Heather did a great job reviewing my work request with me and making sure everything was taken care of. I was worried that the change in ownership would come with a decrease in quality at your service depar and making sure everything was taken care of. My Grand Cherokee ABS Module went bad, Adam the Assistant Service Manager and his top Mechanic Joe were on it extremely quickly.
