The service department took care of the issue on my van, but their communication was very poor. When I called about a check engine light I had to wait two weeks to book an appointment to have to my van look but their communication was very poor. When I called about a check engine light I had to wait two weeks to book an appointment to have to my van looked at. When I finally did bring my van in I asked for a ride to and from work. They gave me a ride to work, but forgot to pick me up. In the morning I had asked the driver who dropped me off to come get me at the end of his day. He had my phone number work address on his clipboard, but he never called or showed arrived to pick me up. I called the dealership around 4:50, 10 minutes before they close, to ask about the status of my van and for a ride back to the dealership. Turns out they needed to have a couple of parts shipped to the dealership and I was going to be with out my van for a few days. It would have been nice to get a phone call explaining this, instead of me having to call them. Very poor communication. More

Aaron was pleasant enough. But, I scheduled the recall service weeks in advance of the appointment, only to discover after leaving the car that City did not have the part, and But, I scheduled the recall service weeks in advance of the appointment, only to discover after leaving the car that City did not have the part, and that there was no timeline for Chrysler to send the part. A huge unnecessary waste of my time, and my wife’s time, driving there early in the morning and then again to pick up the car at the dinner hour. More
