The service here is good. I trust the dealership with regular maintenance and repairs. Mechanics are competent in their work. My only complaint is that when you have a vehicle in for a long period of time, the service department is terrible about keeping you updated and informed on the status of your car. I had to call to get vehicle updates. Many times they said they would call me back with an update, and no call back. Finally I stopped calling the service department and started asking to speak to the manager, Pablo. He was great about calling me back with updates. More

Alex Garcia and Andrew Parrish were great as my primary sales people! We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had a few features in mind, including the Sky One-Touch roof, and there was no sales people! We were in the market for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We had a few features in mind, including the Sky One-Touch roof, and there was no dealer in the area that had a Jeep with our specs on the lot. Alex walked us through the process for ordering a new Jeep and everything was very clear and detailed. Upon delivery of the new Jeep we arrived to City CDJRF and the purchase process was smooth, detailed, and there were no surprises. Everything went as expected, and we love our new Jeep! More
