Troy was an awesome salesperson. We traveled a couple of hours to see the truck we eventually bought. Troy had everything set for us when we arrived, and although the truck was a Ford (at a non-Ford dealership) he was knowledgeable about the truck and showed us several features. One big disappointment was Jake McDermott who didn't honor the trade-in price Austyn and I agreed to over the phone. Jake's trade in offer was 15% lower, and he wouldn't negotiate despite me explaining that Austyn and I already discussed it. I would not recommend trading in your car here. Find another alternative and bring in the cash. More
