Jesse was very pleasant to work with, was knowledgeable about the car, and helped move the process along as well as he could. The dealership was busy on a Saturday so the paperwork took awhile, but everyon about the car, and helped move the process along as well as he could. The only thing that I wasn’t as happy with was the difference between the final price and the advertised price - the “certified” cost should be apparent in what is advertised not added on later. I felt like It was misleading. More
