I went here to buy a car after being absolutely assured that I wouldn't have a problem getting a car. It took 6 hours for them to get me into a car... I traded in my 2012 Honda Civic. I drove off the l that I wouldn't have a problem getting a car. It took 6 hours for them to get me into a car... I traded in my 2012 Honda Civic. I drove off the lot, finally, after waiting in the parking lot for 30 minutes for someone to put plates on the car. Had to go with NO GAS in the car and was told they don't sell pre-owned cars with gas. I found out I wasnt even approved for a loan. I called the dealership back and was told a string of lies, including that I was approved and there was nothing to worry about. The dealership never had me approved. Had me drive off with no registration, title, insurance, or any documentation that this transaction even happened, other than a dealer estimate. I was called back in today to "sign some papers" and was told "we found a way to save you money" and was again assured I was approved. It basically boiled down to them not having any approvals for the terms I wanted and they had lied the whole time. They wanted me to come back in to take their car back. Had nothing to do with signing papers or saving me money. It was a lie. They then accused me of being the liar and said "good for you... you got to drive our car for free". What the heck is that!? I was 100% honest with them. 100%! They lied. More

Great service until the papers are signed. Then buyer beware. I was told my used car had a 172 point inspection. Drove it off the lot, check engine light has been on ever since. They won't fix it and they will not return my phone calls. Typical used car salesman mentality...disappointing!!! More
