Worst Experience! had a mechanical issue that wasn't fixed, and Management wasn't helpful! Service Manager Robert told me that my on my 2016 Camero "ICP panel lost communication to the cluster" I talked fixed, and Management wasn't helpful! Service Manager Robert told me that my on my 2016 Camero "ICP panel lost communication to the cluster" I talked to the mechanic "Brent" he said he "think replacing the ICP panel should do the trick" and the problem got unresolved! I was treated unfair, I thought customers come first, I was not even able to fully ask questions Robert kept over talking me. I came in with one problem now I have more, my back up camera doesnt work and the radio do not turn off even when the car is off!! Whatever they did to my car, it made the situation worse! I will be escalating this situation to corporate!!!! CHEVY IS SELLING LEMONS!!!! DO NOT SHOP WITH CHEVY AT ALL!!!!!!! More
Fiance' brought a 2002 Cadillac Escalade about a month ago cash $10,000. To date the transmission is bad. Took it back to have the service department look at it and they stated a newly rebuilt transmissio ago cash $10,000. To date the transmission is bad. Took it back to have the service department look at it and they stated a newly rebuilt transmission can be put in for $5117.50 and the "manager" stated he would knock off $1,000 from that as a deal. This place is not the way to go and it seems funny how there are so many great reviews on google for them. If possible DO NOT BUY OR SHOW INTEREST TO Flag Chevy Grayslake, il. It is worst that the service department is attached with this company and they are helpful in that department. More

very bad cusomer service ok please read ,, went and had on oil change on other car , they ask me to buy another , so after a few days of bull s$$t I finally got a car , a 201 ok please read ,, went and had on oil change on other car , they ask me to buy another , so after a few days of bull s$$t I finally got a car , a 2018 Chevy Malibu, so called new car with 5 thousand miles my mistake on buying this car , anyways got it , so first problem oil change keep saying it need it done and reset, so made appointment and when I got car back had a dent /scratch on back bumper , call the so called salesman and he say he will call back ,,of course never call, so I went there and the manager says he will take care of it ,, so appointment on Saturday morning 8 am, went there and no one new anything about it ,, typical from the run around I been having for a whole month and still not fix ,no calls , no nothing very poor service PLEASE PEOPLE BETTER DEALERS EVERYWHERE DONT BUY FROM HERE , BAD BAD SERVICE THEY DONT CARE ,, ONCE U BUY CAR THEY ACT LIKE YOU ARE GARBAGE More
