City Chevrolet has changed completely from new ownership to the atmosphere in the showroom from where it was before. Jewel Balabagno took my phone call before the sales dept. even opened. She was friendly and courteous from initial phone conversation to final sale. The vehicle was out front, clean and waiting for a test dr even opened. She was friendly and courteous from initial phone conversation to final sale. Jewel and staff moved my paperwork quickly and I drove home a new vehicle with-in an hour of arriving. More
