Mr. Bonilla was professional and respectful, all while maintaining a sense of appropriate humor and joy. I'd strongly recommend Mr. Bonilla as a salesperson. Then on to the finance department. I normally dread my interactions with this department at dealerships. Jerry was the person we interacted with at the dealership. He was completely professional and respectful of our purchase scenario. He appropriately presented a few limited options without even any subtle "pressure." A first for me! The dealership did not add a premium to their vehicle price like other Chevy dealers in the area. The dealership also honored an educator's discount, which was at their discretion.
